While visiting the UAE recently, top Australian chef Cory Campbell took time out from his busy schedule to host the Women of the World lunch with True Aussie Beef & Lamb. As head chef of Barangaroo, Matt Moran’s award-winning restaurant in Sydney, Cory is passionate about premium Australian produce, and he was only too happy to share a slice of Australia with the assembled group of diplomats wives at Rosewood Abu Dhabi.

Showcasing the finest quality beef and lamb from Australia, Cory’s menu presented the perfect snapshot of the Australian food scene. The women dined on a four-course menu that included:

  • Cured lamb skewer
  • Lamb rump with cucumber pickled
  • Slow-cooked duck egg with lamb vinaigrette
  • Blackmore wagyu beef with onions and mushrooms
